Conditions and restrictions of the awards:
In case the patient redeems the hygienic phase award and is not eligible for it, the value of the hygienic phase award (current birthday hygienic phase fee on the date of redemption) will be credited ONLY to the scaling and root planing procedure. The value will not be credited to any other type of treatment.
Patients from the Marlon Becerra Santafé, Salitre or Chicó dental centers may participate in the referral plan.
Bonuses do not apply to panoramic x-rays, surgical or laboratory supplies, diagnostic aids or products.
Vouchers are personal and non-transferable and must be redeemed only by the patient. Bonds or prize claims must be paid at the same place where they were issued. Vouchers are redeemable for 3 months from the date of issue.
The $200,000 OMB discount voucher is redeemable on dental procedures with a full fee equal to or greater than $1,300,000. No additional discounts or promotions will be applied on this same procedure.
The OMB discount voucher in the amount of $250,000 redeemable for dental procedures with a full fee equal to or greater than $1,400,000. No additional discounts or promotions will be applied on this same procedure.
The OMB discount voucher in the amount of $300,000 redeemable for dental procedures with a full fee equal to or greater than $1,500,000. No additional discounts or promotions will be applied to this same procedure.
The products delivered to patients are delivered by the headquarters in charge (Chicó, Salitre or Santafé) and are not standardized.
The accumulation of the number of effective patients referred will take place from September 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023.
Suma Sonrisas plan awards are not transferable to another patient. It is not cumulative with other promotions or discounts previously applied in the treatment plan.
From the moment you redeem your prize, you have 3 months to redeem your prize (products, treatments or vouchers).
Vouchers are redeemable for 3 months from the date of issue. Once this period has expired, the award will no longer be payable by the beneficiary patient.
For the hygienic phase kit prize applies while stocks last and in case of not having stock of the kit at the time of redemption OMB will deliver a product equivalent to it.

All advertising of the “Suma Sonrisas” plan of Odontología de Marlon Becerra of the Chicó, Salitre and Santafé branches “, will be published in the advertising media of the Odontología de Marlon Becerra clinics. Odontología de Marlon Becerra reserves the right to publish in its media “MEDIA OF COMMUNICATION”: Refers to any resource by which an emitter sends a message to a receiver or to a determined or undetermined person, be it visual, audio visual, radio, electronic media, press, television, telephone, cinema, magazines, graphics or by any other means that implies a diffusion or transmission of information and is perceptible by the human senses and those that the legal norms in force declare media according to Colombian legislation. Such as: SMS text messages, social networks and/or email addressed to patients registered in the Organizer’s database. All advertising will contain the phrase “Conditions and Restrictions apply”, so that participants are aware of the scope of the promotion and benefits indicated in these Rules, the Organizer will disclose through the web page marlonbecerra.co/sede/salitre, marlonbecerra.co/sede/chico, marlonbecerra.co/sede/santafé section benefits or in
marlonbecerra.co/suma-sonrisas and you will find the terms and restrictions detailed in these rules. The Organizer may refrain from generating the benefit to the participant, in the event that the Organizer observes that all the conditions of these regulations are not complied with. If for any reason due to an act of God or force majeure, the present benefit or discount plan has to be cancelled, the Organizer shall have the sole responsibility of informing all participants of this situation, through announcements in any national media or through its web page marlonbecerra.co/santafé, marlonbecerra.co/sede/salitre and marlonbecerra.co/sede/chico, published in all participating venues in the benefits section.
Responsibility of the Organizer
The Organizer’s responsibility is solely limited to verifying the information provided by the patient and assessing compliance with the conditions of these regulations. Any situation that may arise in this plan, which is not regulated in these regulations, will be resolved by the Organizer, in strict compliance with the laws of Colombia.
Responsibility of Participants
To respond to communications or requests made by the Organizer to obtain information about patients and to inform about the terms of this agreement.
Validity
The validity of this promotion will be subject to the rules set forth herein, so it will only be valid from September 01, 2022 to March 31, 2023. Period in which, the Organizer will randomly send SMS text messages and/or e-mails with the promotion related throughout the document.
